My little angel girl...
With Noah a preschool, I get to spent some mornings alone with Frances. She does the cutest things. today she stocked her babies highchair with gold fish and began to feed her. She also really enjoyed painting pumpkins. Finally she stopped eating the paint brush. Now we have to work on no playdough eating.
October Fun.....
Hmmmm I am embarassed at how huge I am. Stripes not a good choice.
Noah's preschool had a party for the kids today. They did a great job. Noah participated in many activities including a Haunted house and craft activities. Snack of course was his favorite. 10/22/12
A place of their own creations
Our house is pretty small so for now the kids are sharing a room. I created "corners" for them. Noah's space next to his bed has pictures of him to match his transportation blanket I made him. A collection of photos of him next to boat, jet ski, trains, firetruck etc. Then I took the wooden Ikea spice racks painted them white and got a little lamp for nightime reading.
Frances' space has her pink and blue stripes with her name and pictures as well as her new bed which she loves. She identifies that her bed is the same as the rabbit's bed in "Goodnight Moon". She likes to get her books off of her little shelves too. I also added to ledge ikea shelves to display her little birthday figurines. I scored a duvet cover from pottery barn on clearance in the rose theme I wanted. Initially I found the most beautiful quilt fabric that I just could bear to buy and potentially sew myself as it was too $$ in the them colors I wanted.
Baby #3 has his nook with name and his crib ill sport his new quilt made by my friend Alyson just for him. Such an awesome gift. Not pictured is a pre-made scrop book from my friend Kim that i am so excited to have, since I have bits and pieces of the other kids done. But have much to do in the future.
This is my latest pillow case dress. It is pictured with 2 rosettes I made out of scrop fabric and hot glued to a barette from the craft store. I am very pleased with my self for this one. I finished all seams with a french seam it is professional looking. I just love the fabric. I have 3 more to do, but probably not before baby.

My latest creations #1
One of my to do list items was make the kids their Halloween costumes. They were available on Etsy for purchase but I figured I could make it for a much better price and fit. So here we have Bam bam and below Pebbles. Of course no costume would be complete without the club, hair bone accessory and treat bags. So easy and custom!
Look out for my next posting of baby prep crafts........

Alone time....
We had the opportunity to attend a dear friends wedding Labor Day weekend. Our wonderful friend took our kids for the weekend. I am big and pregnant but we danced, ate, and slept in a very dark cool hotel room with a matress I would love to have. I had no hip pain the whole weekend. My hubby is so handsome in a tux.

Noah's 4th birthday... Octonauts to your stations.
Noah's Party was Octonauts theme - underwater sea animals. We had a blast - 55 people came 22 kids/33 adults. Our neighbors saved us by lending us the bounce house for the front and church lent us the chairs. It wasn't easy but totally worth the effort. We really enjoyed the company and no food went to waste! I am very proud of my cake and shark :)
We had stations for sensory sand and plastic sea animals, a coloring station with the theme printed, a crab decorating station and a pin the eye patch on Kwazi game. The kids really used the stations. The paper hanging things are a jelly fish bloom. Happy 4th Birthday my baby boy!
